Gus Brown Golf Classic - Thursday September 10^th

Recently, the Gus Brown Golf Classic has been at odds with the weather. Sadly, it was cancelled last year because of poor weather, and history almost repeated itself this year when the forecast for the original date was 100% chance of rain. The tournament was switched to September 10^th, and the new date proved to be the perfect day! With the sun shining and no rain clouds in sight, the 15^th annual Gus Brown Golf Classic at the Oshawa Golf Club succeeded in raising an amazing $100, 000. The tournament has become a fixture in the community, and a full 144 golfers came out to support a good cause and have a great time. Gus Brown has been a long time supporter of LHO and the MDRCC, and OHF has been lucky to grow more involved over the past 5 years.
